Today we did a lot of chores. Paul started the morning off my helping Jim stain his deck. We came home and I mowed the lawn, while the boys (Ryan came to help) went to get more rock. They finished up the rock on the side of the house and where the deck is going to be. Here are some pictures, I stole them from Ryan.
Then we got out the waterslide. Kaj didn't like the looks of the fan, but once it was blown up she was really excited.
She went down the slide the first time, but it freaked her out a little bit. She didn't like making the big splash. So, Paul helped her after that. We invited 2 neighbor girls over to play. Kaja was so cute with them. She told them she would catch them, she didn't care that they were 5 and 9. (That's my neighbor's lawn mower in the background)

oh my gosh! i would have loved that as a kid! how fun.
You guys could make a whole waterpark in your back yard with a bunch of those slides - Charge $2 a kid and make them sign a release. :-D
I am so jealous we have tons of work before our yard will look like that and it is only a fraction of the size! Love the slide!
